What kind of shipping do you provide?

We charge a $5.25 flat rate shipping in the United States. No matter how much you order, the price stays the same.

We use the following International shipping methods:

USPS 1st Class International for Canada

USPS Priority International for Australia, Ireland and New Zealand

USPS Priority International for United Kingdom
International buyers will be responsible for any import taxes on their order.

Expedited ship orders must be received by noon EST (EDT) to ensure they are shipped out by the end of the same day.

How long will it take to get my item?

Your item should arrive through USPS in about 1 week. You will receive a tracking number by e-mail.  If an item is out-of-stock, that means we have sold out and we'll need a little extra time to get it to you. Please allow 2 weeks for delivery.  We will contact you if special order is not available. International orders may take 3 to 4 weeks to arrive.

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your new jewelry!  If you're not satisfied, just return the item within 30 days.

If there's a problem with your ordered item, please contact us through the return form on our website so we can make things right. You will be notified via email as to the status of your request.  You can also view the status of your return under My Account > “View your Return Request” in the storefront.  We can help you with any other details by e-mail or phone.

A refund for your return will be credited to your purchasing credit card minus shipping (unless it was a mistake on our part). 

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on body jewelry due to health reasons.

What payment methods do you accept?

All payments are processed securely through Stripe and Amazon.

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.  

Currently, we do not accept checks or mail-in orders.  

If you are more comfortable placing an order by phone, we'll be happy to take your credit card payment that way. Just give us a call during our shop hours (listed at the top of this page).

I'm buying an item as a gift. Do you offer gift wrapping services?

Every item comes in a nice velvety black gift box. We also provide free gift wrapping. At checkout under Delivery Method, you can choose a gift wrap style and add a gift message card to your order so it's ready for gift-giving.

I noticed you only have a few ring sizes available on your site?

We often only have a few sizes at a time due to limited quantities.
